The more detail the better. Helpful information includes: fabric type, GSM range, composition, required quantity, end use, certifications needed (e.g. GRS, GOTS) and target price. A reference sample photo or tech pack speeds things up considerably, but a general inquiry is equally welcome.
Yes โ factory visits are welcome and encouraged. We can arrange a guided tour of our knitting / weaving floor, dyeing and finishing lines, QC lab and sample room. Please contact us at least 3โ5 days in advance so we can prepare appropriately for your visit.
Yes. Our standard MOQ starts at 300โ500 metres per colour, which is accessible for growing brands. We also maintain stock fabrics that may be available in lower quantities. We're happy to discuss your situation and find a workable starting point.
Simply fill in the contact form on this page or send us an email specifying the fabric type, GSM, composition and colour direction. We'll confirm feasibility, issue a sample quote, and dispatch physical samples within 7โ12 business days. Lab dips (colour matching) take 5โ7 days.
Standard sample fabrics are charged at cost (typically a small fixed fee plus courier). Sample costs are credited back against your first bulk order. We believe you should evaluate real fabric before committing โ this protects both sides.
Yes. We routinely sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and exclusivity agreements for custom fabric development projects. Your construction details, yarn sources and finishing parameters remain confidential. Please request this when contacting us.
Our sales team communicates fluently in English and Mandarin Chinese. All technical documents, test reports and commercial correspondence are provided in English as standard. We also work with translation partners for other languages if required.
