Our 150,000 sq ft facility handles everything in-house — from yarn sourcing and fabric development to dyeing, finishing and quality inspection. As a direct factory, we work without agents or subcontractors, which means consistent quality, transparent pricing and a direct line to the people actually making your fabric.

Custom GSM Development
We develop bespoke fabric weights from your specification. Whether you need a 140 gsm lightweight jersey or a 380 gsm heavyweight fleece, our technical team adjusts yarn count, stitch density and loop structure to hit your target.

Yarn Sourcing Control
Long-term partnerships with verified yarn spinners in Shandong, Xinjiang and Zhejiang. We control the raw material — no substitute yarn surprises mid-production. Consistent lot-to-lot performance across bulk orders.

Dyeing & Finishing In-House
Piece dyeing, yarn dyeing, reactive and pigment printing all carried out on-site. Functional finishes including DWR, anti-wrinkle, peach, mercerizing and PU coating applied in our finishing department.

Fabric Inspection Before Shipment
100% roll-by-roll inspection using the 4-point grading system. In-house lab tests for tensile strength, colour fastness, shrinkage and dimensional stability. Full QC reports issued with every shipment.

Monthly production capacity to handle multiple concurrent orders. Consistent GSM, shade and construction across large bulk runs — critical for brands producing across multiple cut-and-sew factories.

What buyers ask most often before placing their first order.

Our standard MOQ is 300–500 metres per colour per construction for both knit and woven fabrics. For in-stock or carry-over fabrics, smaller quantities may be possible. We are happy to discuss your situation — especially for new customers evaluating our quality for the first time.
Yes — all parameters are adjustable. We develop fabrics to your specification including custom GSM, yarn count, fibre composition, fabric width and finishing. Share your tech pack or reference sample and our development team will confirm feasibility and sampling timeline within 48 hours.
Yes. We offer GRS-certified recycled polyester (both knit and woven), GOTS and OCS-certified organic cotton, and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabrics across our range. Transaction Certificates are issued per order for GRS and GOTS. Ask our team for details on specific constructions.
Lab dips (colour matching only): 5–7 business days. Physical fabric samples with basic test reports: 7–12 business days. Samples are shipped via DHL or FedEx. Sample costs are credited back against your first bulk order. Rush sampling may be available — contact us to discuss.
